Job Description: Hales AC is seeking a motivated and reliable Install Helper to join our installation team. As an Install Helper, you will assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems, working in a variety of settings, including attics. You will support our experienced installers to ensure that all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers.
• Support lead installers with setup, clean-up, and any required tasks on job sites.
• Carry out tasks safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Work in attics and other confined spaces as required.
• Handle basic hand tools and equipment necessary for installations.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE A FAIRLY CLEAN DRIVING RECORD!
• Some HVAC experience preferred, but not required; we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Basic hand tools and knowledge of how to use them.
• EPA certification required.
• Must be comfortable working in attics and other tight or hot spaces.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
