• Complete the company’s paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
• Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem‑solver for customers, listening to and understanding their needs and recommending efficient, innovative solutions.
• Prepare and install home or business services, including attic remediations, crawl‑space encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant‑heat barriers for energy efficiency.
• Interrogate customers in their homes or businesses by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation using the handheld device provided.

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company‑paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers inside homes and businesses.

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions.
