We’re looking for a motivated Service Plumber specializing in emergency plumbing and drain services
. Must have at least six years of technical plumbing experience. We provide opportunities for training, and competitive compensation tailored to your experience and performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a plumber, installer, drain cleaning, spot repair and if you can operate machinery a bonus. We are seeking a team player who is ready for the next step. The Service Plumber plays an important role in maintaining our 5-Star Service expectations.

Must be able to work by themselves and be able to troubleshoot in a fast paced service environment.

• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency plumbing and drain service calls, including nights and weekends as part of an on‑call rotation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client concerns, diagnosing issues, and offering effective solutions.
• Perform high-quality work on a variety of plumbing issues, including repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the day to ensure efficient scheduling and service.
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary equipment and tools.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Be the team player that everyone enjoys working with – dependable, positive, and professional.

• Experience:
  
  Six or more years of plumbing experience. Compensation will reflect skill and expertise.
• Work Ethic:
  Able to generate a minimum of $35,000 in monthly revenue when given the tools and opportunities.
• Customer Focus:
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  Familiarity with plumbing systems, tools, and techniques, as well as a commitment to learning and growing.
