Oracle APEX Developer — St. Petersburg, FL — Full Time - Permanent Role

We're looking for a Senior Oracle APEX Developer to lead the design, development, and support of our in-house Project Management and Estimating Tools. The ideal candidate has deep Oracle expertise, strong application architecture skills, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

• Lead development and deployment using Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable applications
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews
• Build RESTful APIs and optimize SQL/PLSQL for performance
• Manage release cycles, deployments, and version control
• Troubleshoot across environments and ensure compliance with standards

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years Oracle APEX and PL/SQL development experience
• Skilled in Oracle ORDS, APEX Collections, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with REST APIs, Dev Ops, CI/CD, and security best practices
