Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Role Type: Full-time

Salary: $130,000-$160,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:

The AI Solutions Architect will design and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions that align with Osaic’s strategic objectives. This role focuses on integrating AI capabilities into core applications, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with architectural standards.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities:

• Define AI solution architectures for business-critical applications.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify AI use cases and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop and maintain AI model deployment pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Develop integration patterns for AI models within existing platforms.
• Ensure adherence to security, data governance, and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams on AI best practices.

Basic Requirements:

• 8+ years in software architecture or engineering, with 3+ years in AI/ML solution design.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and AI services.
• Proficiency in Python, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch) and MLOps pipelines.
• Expertise in API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in financial services operations or broker-dealer setting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field is preferred CRM experience / Salesforce experience.
• Completion of FINRA SIE exam.
• FINRA Series 7 license, other FINRA licenses.
