Job Summary: Effectively and efficiently handles incoming donated goods or new goods. This includes the proper receipt, sorting, movement, warehousing, and shipment of goods. Ensures all goods are handled with great care in accordance with company policies and procedures providing for safe shipping to the store floor. May coordinate salvage processing and operate baler, troubleshoot and advise supervisor of all operational problems.

Monitors the disposal of solid waste materials and may operate compactor. Operates forklift in warehouse, plant, and receiving yard.

Job Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; associate of science/arts degree is preferred. Two years of experience in a dock/warehouse setting. Prefer experienced forklift operators with certification. Also prefer proficiency in the procedure for changing DOT fuel cylinders of industrial lift trucks. Subject to alcohol and drug testing. Subject to criminal history background checks.
