Assembler-Welder

• Competitive salary: $24.73/hr upon joining + $1/hr after permanent employment
• Evening premium: +$2/hr
• Attendance and punctuality bonus: $150/month
• Production bonus
• Full‑time: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
• Day shift

In collaboration with your supervisor, you will be trained to:

• Read production slips and plans
• Cut, assemble, fasten, and weld steel reinforcement
• Operate various equipment: rolling machine, forklift, overhead crane
• Check measurements and perform quality checks
• Comply with health and safety standards

• Site visit, OHS training and work methods
• Learning welding symbols and procedures
• Supervised practice (test plate, real work with support)
• Structured assessment after 10 weeks

• A minimum of 1 year of welding experience (preferred)
• DEP in welding or mechanics: an asset
• Blueprint reading: an asset
• Motivation, rigor, and a desire to learn
