Le CISSS de la Gaspésie – Sainte-Anne-des-Monts recrute un infirmier(ère) pour du soutien à domicile (SAD). Mandat immédiat, poste à temps complet et quart de jour. Expérience en soins à domicile et inscription à l'OIIQ obligatoires; véhicule requis.
Le titulaire assurera une responsabilité globale des soins, évaluera l'état de santé des usagers et élaborera un plan de soins, tout en dispensant l'enseignement et participant aux activités de promotion de la santé et à la garde palliatif.
