You will be responsible for interpreting plans, conducting quantity takeoffs, and managing pricing requests from subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately

• Conduct quantity takeoffs for steel and accessories

• Manage pricing requests from subcontractors and suppliers

• Collaborate on RFIs with the Project Coordinator

• Produce detailed project reports for cost estimation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Drafting or Construction Estimating

• Intermediate proficiency in written English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Bluebeam Revu software

• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
