Your role will focus on assisting clients and managing multiple queries efficiently.
As a Bilingual Intake Specialist, you will be the initial contact for inquiries, helping traveling members book essential services and connecting with global service providers. Your responsibilities include tracking member assistance through a case management system and keeping clients informed about their status. This role combines effective communication in English and French with problem-solving abilities to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients
• Assist with travel arrangements and service bookings
• Collect and document reports from service providers
• Update clients on assistance progress
• Use case management systems for tracking
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant field
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong English and French communication skills
• Ability to multitask and solve problems
