Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations and Custom Assistant based in Sainte-Martine, QC. The role involves assisting with daily operations management, creating orders, following shipment, and ensuring seamless customer service.
The successful candidate will manage customs documentation, work closely with clients to address inquiries, and support team members in meeting operational goals.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Operations, with a strong ability to manage workflows.
- Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with customs procedures and documentation is an asset.
- Proficiency in French and English is required, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is considered an asset.
