Construction Manager - Salalah, Oman. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on track
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.

This position does not include accommodation. However, we can assist in finding suitable housing if needed.
