Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Surveyor to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Contract Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing reports for various construction projects in the city. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a surveyor
• Knowledge of surveying methods and equipment
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in Oman
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Conduct surveys of land, buildings, and other structures using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
• Prepare accurate measurements, maps, and reports based on survey data
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of survey data for construction projects
• Advise on potential issues or improvements based on survey findings
• Keep up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to land surveys in Oman
• Ensure that all work is performed according to safety standards

The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

You will be working mostly outdoors on construction sites, but may also spend time in an office setting to prepare reports. The work can be physically demanding at times.
