Indian Concierge in Salalah, Oman

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Indian Concierge to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests throughout their stay.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
• Make reservations and bookings for guests as requested
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked reception area
• Offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and needs
• Ensure the safety and security of guests at all times

• Indian nationality preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proven experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service role is an advantage but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism degree is a plus
• Strong knowledge of local area and attractions
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

• Competitive salary of 1100$ per month
• Full-time job with 8-hour shifts
