Salalah Breeze DMC is looking for a Russian-speaking Tourism Coordinator to support our growing inbound tourism business for the upcoming winter season in Salalah.

- Handle inquiries from Russian-speaking travelers through Whats App, Telegram, phone and other channels
- Convert inquiries into confirmed excursion and transfer bookings
- Coordinate hotel pickups, drivers, guides, vehicles and daily tour schedules
- Communicate with guests before, during and after their excursions
- Provide Russian-language customer support
- Assist with private 4×4 tours, FIT bookings, airport transfers and special requests
- Coordinate with hotels, travel agents and tourism partners when required
- Follow up with guests and encourage reviews and referrals
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records
- Help adapt excursion descriptions and sales material for the Russian-speaking market
- Fluent Russian - native or near-native preferred
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Comfortable using Whats App, Telegram and online booking tools
- Organized and able to manage several bookings at the same time
- Customer-focused and confident dealing with international travelers
- Available to work flexible hours during the tourism season
- Based in Salalah or willing to relocate to Salalah
- Experience in tourism, hotels, travel agencies, excursions, customer service or sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of Salalah and Dhofar is an advantage.
