• Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
• Fluency in spoken and written English preferably as a native speaker or with native-level proficiency
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students parents and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage classroom effectively
