Our bakery in Salalah Oman is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads pastries and cakes according to our recipes and standards This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month and includes free visa and ticket
Key Responsibilities- Measure and mix ingredients to create various types of doughs and batters
- Bake products in accordance with approved recipes and quality standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper baking
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests or bakery designs
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Clean and sanitize work area equipment and utensils regularly
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Experience working with various types of doughs including yeast-based doughs
- Ability to read recipes accurately and follow instructions closely
- Knowledge of baking techniques measurements and weights
- Attention to detail in decorating baked goods
- Good time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
- Prior experience working in the Middle East or with Middle Eastern-style baked goods
- Ability to communicate in English fluently
