Restaurant Manager

Contract Restaurant Manager - Salalah

• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent service
• Manage inventory levels and food costs to maximize profits
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Create schedules for staff and manage labor costs
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop creative menus
• Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and uphold brand standards

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g. POS)
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
• Must be fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Prior experience working in Oman or the Middle East is preferred

We are offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this contract position.
