Cashier, Retail

We are hiring a Cashier for our store in Salalah Oman

As a Cashier you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle cash and credit card payments with ease Previous experience as a cashier is preferred but not required

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Scan items and enter prices accurately into the cash register
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns
• Keep track of inventory levels and notify management of any shortages

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven work experience as a cashier is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to multitask and handle busy periods with ease
• Must be able to work standing for long periods of time
