Contract Merchandiser - Salalah, Oman Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Contract Merchandiser to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing visual merchandising strategies in our retail stores. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

• Coordinate and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance customer experience
• Set up displays and maintain store layouts according to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are being met
• Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide feedback on performance
• Collaborate with marketing team to create eye-catching displays and promotions
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improvement

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
• Proven track record of successfully implementing visual merchandising strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

This is a contract position with no accommodation provided. The ideal candidate must have the necessary visas/work permits to work in Oman.
