Sales Manager for Indian Market in Salalah

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically in the Indian market, and be able to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, plus commission. Accommodation will also be provided.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales within the Indian market
• Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the game
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, target achievements, and market trends
• Participate in meetings, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products/services
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
