Loader, Transportation, General Labor

Our company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Contract Loader to join our team in Salalah. As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, materials, and products onto trucks or other transportation vehicles. This is a physically demanding job that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

• Load and unload goods onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
• Secure loads using ropes, chains, straps, or other methods
• Ensure proper distribution of weight to maintain balance during transport
• Inspect goods for damage before loading and report any issues to the supervisor
• Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
• Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to assist with loading and unloading
• Keep track of loaded goods using inventory lists or manifests
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Loader or similar role
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to loading/unloading goods
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

• Forklift certification
• Experience operating other equipment such as pallet jacks or cranes
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
