The Judge Group is currently seeking a part time Customer Service Representative for a client in Salem, IN!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients checking into the hospital. This role is occasionally fast‑paced and requires someone who can provide accurate information while demonstrating compassion and empathy. You’ll build trust by listening carefully and addressing patient concerns during registration.

The schedule for this position is Saturday and Sundays 3pm to 11pm (16 hours weekly).

• Greet and assist patients during the registration process.
• Accurately collect and input patient and insurance information across multiple systems.
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Support clinicians by adapting to interruptions for emergent care needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and procedures.

• Technology‑driven environment:
  Work across multiple screens and programs while typing quickly and accurately.
• Patient interaction:
  Assist individuals who may be ill or anxious; listen actively and provide reassurance.
• Fast‑paced setting:
  Be prepared to work on your feet and handle unexpected situations.
• Team support:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to type efficiently and manage phone calls simultaneously.
• No prior healthcare experience required—training provided.
• Must be comfortable working in a hospital/lab environment.
• Up‑to‑date vaccinations, drug screening, and background check required prior to hire.
