Patient Services Coordinator

- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
- Follow appropriate processes for insurance verification and benefits management
- Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
- Over‑the‑counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly
- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
- At minimum, a high school diploma or GED (submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required)
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred)
- Full time (40 hrs per week) – clinic operates from 7 am to 7 pm
Pay range: $16.75–18.50 per hour. The posted pay range considers multiple compensation factors including background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
