Responsibilities:
Licensed Practical Nurses play a vital role in enriching residents' lives by providing top-quality medical attention and fostering a nurturing environment, utilizing their experience and nursing skills.
- Deliver exceptional nursing care, ensuring physical and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with a team to create and implement personalized care plans
- Monitor and assess residents' health, addressing highly acute needs
- Promote residents’ independence and dignity in a supportive atmosphere
- Guide and train staff to maintain high care standards
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted LPN license
- Passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, empathy, and a positive attitude
