Responsibilities:

Licensed Practical Nurses play a vital role in enriching residents' lives by providing top-quality medical attention and fostering a nurturing environment, utilizing their experience and nursing skills.

• Deliver exceptional nursing care, ensuring physical and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with a team to create and implement personalized care plans
• Monitor and assess residents' health, addressing highly acute needs

• Guide and train staff to maintain high care standards

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted LPN license
• Passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
