Position: Advocacy Support – R Alliance – Salem, IN.
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Wednesday & Friday; rotating weekend shifts (8-hour shifts).
Responsibilities- Assist the Shelter Director and Manager with shelter operations.
- Provide direct client service, handling crisis and conflicts as they arise.
- Answer crisis calls and provide advocacy and support to victims.
- High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.
- Educational Assistance.
