The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner. The position includes collecting money on C.O.D. deliveries and picking up customer returns.

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean and maintained; perform daily inspections before operating.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet card, devices, and collected money at all times.
• Pick up customer returns (new, warranty, cores) and complete driver return slip.
• Communicate customer needs/problems to store management and report vehicle issues or incidents immediately.
• Ensure fuel is filled and lock vehicle and secure it at end of day.
• Clock in/out per company policy.
• Perform other duties such as customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, errands, handling core returns, and putting up stock orders.
• Assist customers, serve as cashier, and help merchandising tasks as needed.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record meeting company 14/18‑point system.
• Legally required state driver’s license and eligibility.
• Familiarity with automotive parts (desired).
• Ability to operate light store equipment (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish (desired).
