JJWelch is a growing team looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join us. If you’re a problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to make a real impact on exciting construction projects, this is the role for you.

• Support the Project Manager through all phases of construction, from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
• Set up construction sites, including trailers and fencing.
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Maintain all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, daily reports, and submittals using Procore.

• A passion for the construction industry and a desire to grow.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of construction processes and software.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
