Visitor Engagement Supervisor (Finance)

The Peabody Essex Museum, one of the largest and most dynamic art museums in the nation, is seeking a highly motivated, committed and outgoing individual to engage with visitors and enhance experiences as Visitor Engagement Supervisor.

The Visitor Engagement Supervisor will directly manage Visitor Engagement Advocates, support Tessitura operations, lead on‑site membership sales, and contribute to departmental improvements. The Visitor Engagement Supervisor is also responsible for delivering high‑quality service to all museum guests. Serving as an approachable presence, they actively engage with visitors to enrich and expand the overall museum experience at all admission and information areas.

PEMs Visitor Engagement model is centered on meeting visitors where they are and ensuring their experience unfolds on their terms. All Visitor Engagement Supervisors receive training in a hybrid approach that combines visitor‑focused service and security‑aware practices.
