This is an internship role for an Architectural Designer at Derby Square Architects. The role requires working collaboratively to create architectural designs, develop construction drawings, and support the design team with various aspects of client-driven projects. This is an on-site position located in Salem, MA, offering hands‑on professional experience in architecture and design.

• Work onsite in our Salem, MA office
• Basic Revit knowledge, though we are willing to train a candidate with similar software experience
• Interest in working in a small firm
• Interest in public architecture projects

• Strong skills in architectural design
• Experience with construction drawings and drafting
• B/M degree in architecture or a related field
• Proficient use of architectural software and design tools is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Prior experience in architectural internships or related roles is a plus
