• Passion and ability to care for older adults
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Reliable, insured vehicle for client use and travel up to 20 miles for shifts
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds
• Daily access to email, internet and a mobile phone
• Drug‑free workplace; criminal background and driving record check upon hire
• Current HHA or CNA license strongly preferred
