The Telehealth Community Health Worker plays an important role in assisting patients in accessing high-quality telehealth care at North Shore, with the goal of creating equitable access to telehealth services, care, and treatment. This individual will work 1:1 with patients to provide culturally-appropriate education regarding our medical and behavioral health telehealth services, including usage of our telehealth platform and MyChart.
