Are you the Master’s Level Outpatient Clinician/Therapist we’ve been searching for? In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others by working with individuals of all ages, along with their support networks and families.
JRI’s Children's Friend and Family Services division is committed to assisting families and their children who are dealing with substantial behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. Our mission is to ensure they can access the vital services necessary for them to flourish at home, in school, and within their communities.
CompensationThe pay range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 per year. The range may be modified in the future.
Sign-on Bonus: $2,000 paid in full after 6 months of employment.
ScheduleThis position’s schedule is flexible based on your availability and that of the client or family. Flexibility in a full‑time role allows staff members to meet their personal needs while also serving the community effectively.
Job Responsibilities- Provide in‑person outpatient therapy to children and adults, including telehealth.
- Help individuals achieve their best selves in their homes and communities.
- Work with clients of diverse diagnostic profiles and explore suitable treatment modalities (individual, couples, or family therapy).
- Deliver culturally competent, trauma‑informed, and confidential clinical services focused on client needs.
- Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary treatment team to develop effective strategies for client support, engage in treatment, and attend case conferences and discharge meetings.

- Must be 21 years of age.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited college or university.
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or ability to sit for clinical licensure; we will help you.
- Clinical experience with children and adolescents required; familiarity with trauma‑informed models preferred.
- Ability to create and implement treatment or service plans that reflect a thorough understanding of the client’s cultural background.
- Demonstrated capacity to develop therapeutic relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds, encompassing various racial, ethnic, linguistic, religious, and sexual orientation identities.
- Open to maintaining a flexible work schedule and participating in an on‑call schedule.
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn electronic medical record software and fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
- Willingness to offer a variety of interventions and treatments required by this population.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; transporting youth may be required.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
