Nights and Every Other Weekend (EOW) - 36 hours.
Rotating shifts required as needed to cover open night shifts.
Day rotate positions rotate a couple of shifts per month.

Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually.
MGB Medication Exam with 80% passing within 365 days RN & LPN.
MGB Dysrhythmia Exam with 80% passing.
Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity.
Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity strongly preferred.
Influenza Vaccine required during flu season Sept 15th - April 30th, no exemptions.
TB Test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
MGB Massachusetts CORI within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
MGB References: 2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above, in Skillset.
MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation required if fit test is required for skill.
MGB Education Verification verified through background check company.
MGB SSN Trace must be run with Criminal check.
MGB National Sex Offender Check ran within 30 days of start and updated annually.
MGB Exclusion Checks ran within 30 days of start and annually.
