About UsRegulate Yours, LLC is an outpatient mental health private practice based in Salem, MA. We are a small, clinician-led practice built on a simple belief: when therapists are supported, clients receive better care. We offer a collaborative, non-micromanaging environment where you are trusted as the professional you are — and where your growth, your schedule, and your wellbeing genuinely matter to us.
The RoleWe are looking for a fully licensed, self-driven clinician to join our team as an outpatient therapist. This is a clinical role — your job is to do great therapy. We handle credentialing, billing, and the operational side so you can focus entirely on your clients and your practice
You will carry a caseload of at least 20 scheduled client appointments per week, delivering both in-person sessions at our Salem office and telehealth sessions. Beyond your clinical documentation in Therapy Notes, the administrative burden is intentionally minimal.

We are not a corporate practice. We are clinicians who built the kind of workplace we wish had existed for us. That means no micromanagement, open communication, and a genuine willingness to listen and make changes when something isn't working. We ask for your feedback. We act on it. We want you to feel proud of where you work — and we believe that starts with treating our staff with the same care we ask them to bring to their clients.
