Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual HR Manager to support a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role will serve as the primary HR leader onsite, managing all human resources functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish (or another language), with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial operations and experience leading HR initiatives in a unionized or non‑union environment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary HR business partner for manufacturing operations, supporting employees and leadership on HR matters.
- Lead full‑cycle HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Provide guidance on labor law, HR policies, and workplace safety standards.
- Partner with management to develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Facilitate conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations when necessary.
- Act as a liaison between management and bilingual workforce, ensuring clear communication and cultural understanding.
- Drive HR projects, process improvements, and reporting to support organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; fluency in both languages is required for daily communication.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or unionized environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
- Base Pay: $110,000 – $140,000 per year (based on experience)
