Wolfe Design Build LLC is a boutique residential design-build firm specializing in high-end renovations and additions. We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects, mentor our field team, and strengthen our production systems as we continue to grow. Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 (DOE) •

• Oversee Projects: Manage 2–3 high-end residential remodeling projects ($250K–$850K) from start to finish—delivering each on time, on budget, and to Wolfe’s signature quality standards.
• Lead & Mentor: Supervise and develop field staff, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering accountability, communication, and craftsmanship.
• Plan & Coordinate: Maintain reliable three-week look-aheads, confirm trade commitments, and ensure smooth scheduling, procurement, and inspections.
• Align Design & Build: Partner closely with our in-house architect, designer, and owner to bridge design intent with on-site execution.
• Ensure Quality & Safety: Maintain Wolfe’s reputation for precision and professionalism across every project.
• Communicate with Clients: Provide clear, proactive updates to homeowners throughout the process—building trust and transparency.
• Track Financials: Manage job costs, change orders, and invoicing accuracy to support healthy project margins.
• Refine Systems: Contribute to ongoing improvement of production checklists, workflows, and dashboards for efficiency and scalability.

• 10+ years of residential construction experience, ideally within design-build environments.
• Proven success as a Senior Project Manager or Production Manager leading complex remodels or new builds.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of residential construction practices, scheduling, and budgets.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset (think “D with a little C” on the DISC).
• Hands-on trade experience (carpentry background preferred).
• CSL (Construction Supervisor License) preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, email, and general computer literacy required.
• Experience with Job Tread, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar project management software is highly preferred—this is a tech-driven role.
• Local candidates only (within ~30 minutes of Swampscott, MA).
