Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a day shift position in Massachusetts with required MA licensure and strong Cath/EP lab skills.

• Work in a Cardiac Cath Lab within a hospital setting
• Adult patient population undergoing cardiac catheterization and EP procedures
• Handles PCIs, Impella, balloon pumps, device implants, ablations, and similar interventions
• Shift is 4x10-hour days, 7:00am - 5:30pm
• Requires 7 on-call nights per month, including one weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and four additional nights monthly)
• No floating required
• Uses Epic (Cupid) for documentation
• Provide nursing care for diagnostic and interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures
• Must be able to respond to on-call requirements and emergency situations
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions allowed
• Local candidates must reside more than 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston for full travel rate eligibility
• Parking may incur additional costs depending on location

• Active MA RN license required; pending or conditional licenses not accepted
• BLS (AHA only) and ACLS (AHA only) certifications required
• At least 4 years of Cath/EP Lab and interventional cardiac experience required
• Scrub experience in Cath Lab procedures is required
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
