American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a 36-hour night/EOW assignment requiring active or conditional MA RN licensure and cardiac telemetry strip-reading skills.

• Work on a new 24-bed private-room inpatient Medical Telemetry unit
• Adult medical patient population with a 4-5:1 patient-to-RN ratio
• Uses EPIC for charting
• Night shift schedule (19:00-07:30) with every-other-weekend requirement
• Floating required to other units as needed
• Rotating shifts required to cover open night shifts, including occasional day rotations

• Active or conditional Massachusetts RN license
• BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• ACLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience in one location
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a travel RN
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac telemetry strips

• Provide direct care to adult medical telemetry patients, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing related interventions
• Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates may be considered if residing within a 60-mile radius of the facility
