American Traveler is hiring an experienced Endoscopy RN for a 13-week day shift assignment requiring active MA RN licensure and prior GI/Endo experience.

• Works in a Surgical Services Endoscopy/GI unit with 8 procedural rooms and 18 PACU bays
• Unit performs 60-70 procedures daily, including MAC and conscious sedation cases
• Includes holding and recovery room responsibilities
• Diverse patient population
• Clinician to patient ratio of 1:1 in procedure rooms and 1:2-3 in PACU
• Uses EPIC EMR for charting
• Day shift schedule, typically 7:15am-3:45pm or 7:00am-5:30pm with one rotating 8:00am-4:30pm day
• Department operates weekdays from 6:30am-5:30pm with on-call coverage for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• No floating required

• Active Massachusetts RN license required, no conditional or pending licenses accepted
• AHA BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification required
• SGNA or CBSPD certification strongly preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in one location required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a traveler required
• GI Technician Endoscopy skills required, including Olympus scope set-up, handling, and reprocessing
• EPIC charting experience required
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume endoscopy and GI procedural setting
• On-call responsibilities required for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Free on-site parking provided
• Local candidates permitted but must reside more than 60 miles from Boston to qualify for standard travel rate
