A Style Consultant is passionate about operations and providing an incredible guest experience, bringing the energy of style to life with in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery.

Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful in meeting guests needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is set with the right product, accurately priced and signed with the right sizes, styles, and colors.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with signing and clearance merchandising best practices.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while maintaining compliance with laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate across devices and operate scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
