We’re building something meaningful — and we’re looking for hands‑on, curious, and driven Full‑Stack Developers to help us take it further.
What You’ll DoWe’re on the lookout for a part‑time Full‑Stack Software Developer who can join our Salem, MA office three days a week and collaborate with our engineering team. This role is part‑time (~20 hours/week) with a clear path to full‑time as we grow. You’ll have the chance to work on both front‑end and back‑end technologies, contribute to a user‑centric design approach, and leverage tools like Intelli
J IDEA for development. Your background in data quality management and your Kotlin expertise will be a big plus!
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack solutions using both front‑end and back‑end technologies
- Create user‑friendly UIs with React.js, Angular.js, or similar frameworks, focusing on UI/UX design principles
- Develop and enhance backend services using Node.js, Python, Java, or Kotlin
- Utilize tools like Intelli
J IDEA for development and embrace Agile practices (code reviews, sprints, stand‑ups) - Integrate with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and work with both SQL/No
SQL databases (e.g., Postgre
SQL, Redis) - Bring in any experience with AI training and modeling to enhance our intelligent data solutions
- Build and integrate REST APIs & microservices
- Help document technical architecture, APIs, and workflows
- Apply your understanding of data quality management to enhance our platform’s reliability
- Contribute to documentation and technical guidance
- 3–5 years of professional full‑stack development experience
- Backend skills in Node.js, Python, Java, or Kotlin
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and database management
- Experience utilizing AI training and modeling to enhance intelligent data solutions
- Knowledge of Intelli
J IDEA or similar development tools - Must be local to Salem, MA and available to be on‑site 3 days/week
