About the Role

We’re seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to join our clients growing team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with excellent training and advancement potential. Location: Salem, NH

Schedule: Tuesday‑Saturday, 10:00 AM‑6:30 PM

Pay: $21.92/hr + Bonus Opportunities

What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Document interactions and update account information in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent in Spanish & English
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must pass background check.
