HIRING

SCHEDULE:

• Monday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Wednesday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.
• Collaborate with non-clinical teams—including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT—to optimize overall practice operations.
• Foster a patient-centric environment where patients anticipate visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing overall experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university with an active state license in good standing.
• At least 1–2 years of post‑residency clinical experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated passion for patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
• Strong interest in continued training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Motivated by both financial success and continuous practice growth.
