Associate Optometrist – Salem, NH (Dr. Michael Abrams & Associates)

We’re looking for an Independent Doctor of Optometry to join the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist in Salem, NH. As an Associate Optometrist, you will provide full spectrum optometric care to patients while maintaining your professional autonomy.

Location:

Salary is based on experience; competitive bonus and/or commission may also be offered.

Schedule:

Full‑time; flexible scheduling available including part‑time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive optometric examinations and treatment plans.
• Perform diagnostic testing using advanced technologies such as Clarifye® and Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging.
• Manage patient care, including prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Subleasing Doctor for practice management and patient referrals.

Applicants must hold a valid Doctor of Optometry (OD) license and be registered with the state of New Hampshire. In addition, a bond of $3,000.00 is required and a fee of $828.54 per annum is paid to the Secretary of State.
