Overview
We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our ECCO Americas FP&A & BI team and help drive transparency, insight, and smarter decision-making across the business at our Salem, New Hampshire headquarters. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with business leaders, and help shape our planning processes and financial transparency. We are looking for someone who’s confident navigating tools, data, and systems to deliver financial clarity and actionable insights.
WhatYou’ll Do
Lead financial modeling and analysis for assigned areas, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Analyze financial performance, trends, margins, and key KPIs to support business decisions and identify risks and opportunities
Ensure accuracy and consistency across data sources, proactively resolving discrepancies and validating assumptions
Enhance and maintain clear, insightful financial reporting for senior management
Support and enhance the monthly reporting, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and annual budget processes, taking ownership of specific work streams or areas
Partner closely with business leaders across Commercial, Operations, and Accounting to understand key drivers and act as a trusted finance advisor
Identify and drive process improvements to streamline financial workflows and increase transparency
Minimum Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business controlling
Strong understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, complemented by accounting knowledge
Ability to build financial models, work with large datasets, and validate assumptions
Comfortable building and maintaining BI reports
Strong proficiency in Excel
A self-driven learner who is curious, adaptable, and eager to build technical capabilities over time
Analytical, business-minded, and proactive in identifying both problems and solutions
Clear communicator who collaborates well across functions and can simplify complexity for non-finance stakeholders
SQL experience is a strong plus
Exposure to Anaplan (or similar planning platforms) and SAP is a plus
