Certified Hardware Technician

Position Summary: Our client is hiring an Integration Specialist in the Salem, NH area. This position is fully onsite. Candidates must have a CompTIA A+ certification, be willing to occasionally travel, and have hands on hardware experience.

• Respond to technical support requests, triage issues, and provide timely resolutions.

• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support (urgent responses within 15 minutes; non-urgent within 4 hours).

• Travel as required, including overnight stays.

• Rack, cable, and label servers and related components in lab and field environments.

• Build and configure customer server systems, including hardware installation, firmware updates, and RAID/BIOS/UEFI/OS setup.

• Install operating systems and document configurations.

• Test and verify hardware and peripherals to ensure performance and compliance with specifications.

• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer and team interactions.

• Continuously update technical knowledge to stay current with new technologies.

• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
