IT Support Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you will provide onsite and remote support across North America and other regions; help drive reliable end‑user services in a fast‑paced environment with occasional on‑call coverage. This role will emphasize Office 365 administration.
What You'll Do- Provide end‑user support onsite and remotely (including support across countries)
- Manage and resolve tickets in the ticketing system
- Administer user accounts and security groups in Active Directory
- Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours support
- Collaborate with IT team to triage and resolve incidents effectively
- Minimum 2 years working in a ticketing system
- Experience with onsite and remote support
- Must be a U.S. citizen (role supports CMMC‑controlled environments)
- Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation
- Office 365 administration experience (must have)
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure
