- Define the strategic vision and roadmap for the Customer Data Platform to support marketing and business objectives
- Develop and maintain the Customer Data Platform adoption framework, ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance and privacy standards
- Lead the segmentation and audience strategy, enabling precise targeting, personalization, and measurement across channels
- Partner with Marketing Technology, CRM, and Analytics teams to design scalable data flows between systems
- Collaborate with Info Sec and Privacy teams to uphold data protection and ethical data practices
- 10+ years’ experience in data strategy, marketing technology, or digital transformation roles
- Proven success in leading Customer Data Platform or customer data unification projects
- Strong understanding of data architecture, identity resolution, and audience activation across marketing channels
- Hands‑on experience in defining segmentation frameworks and data integration roadmaps
- Solid knowledge of privacy, consent, and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
- Experience collaborating with Info Sec, Privacy, and Technology teams in enterprise environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, vendor oversight, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
