Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Occasional Saturday Flexibility May Be Requested
This role is a key part of our production team, supporting manufacturing by supplying and replenishing materials essential to sustaining production. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for inventory management, resolving discrepancies, and executing inventory transactions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and capable of managing their time independently.
Primary Responsibilities- Process material transactions to maintain daily production flow
- Perform physical inventory and cycle counts
- Address miscellaneous inventory issues and transactions in the stockroom
- Stock materials upon receipt or post-QC inspection
- Pull materials for work orders, collect documentation, and perform related inventory transactions
- Prepare and transact materials for upcoming shipments
- Collaborate with shipping & receiving to ensure smooth material flow and meet deadlines
- Maintain stockroom organization, cleanliness, and procedures
- Support general office upkeep and documentation filing
- Engage positively with vendors and delivery drivers
- Assist in generating purchase requisitions and managing deliveries
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree in business or technical discipline preferred
Experience
- 2–3 years in inventory control within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Fed Ex Ship Manager software preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Solid understanding of inventory, shipping, and receiving processes
- Ability to read and follow verbal/written instructions
- Strong troubleshooting skills for inventory discrepancies
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration
- Self-directed with strong time management skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Able to stand or sit for extended periods
- Use of tools and technical equipment as needed
